I think in both but more pictures than words. Usually I see the image of a word. But I’m not sure if that’s necessarily true. Sometimes I may see just the word
I gotta pay attention to my thoughts more now I just know I’m a photographic geared thinker more than words
Like I remember street signs rather than the name of the street itself.
I put both but I noticed 99% of the time it is words. I only really think in pictures when imagining things like something on a map.
I always thought i thought mostly in words, almost exclusively. But i found out i express myself, my feelings, much better with pictures. Which is odd.
Both, but more words.
I think in pictures always. But, I express myself in words.
You’re a painter or an illustrator. I’m a writer.
I cant really paint, but i noticed i love to find and combine pictures that express the feeling, the meaning of something that i dont have words for. I cant creatively make them though. Just steal. .
What do you write? Im curious!
Mainly pictures? Especially when communicating with my DID system
@anon73478309, I’ve written poetry in the past, journaling, music. I’ve also written and published my own memoir.
Mostly words, unless I’m doing math, then I think of math visually. I reckon I don’t really “think” visually anywhere else besides when I’m drawing.
To be fair, I think in feelings as well. Like emotions and such and such. I reckon those are called moods, buts sometimes I manage to force a mood so I consider that thinking it. Reckon that’s kinda what people saying “frame of mind” mean.
I think in Spanish a lot and now Portuguese
Words. If I think of images it’s for fun or recollection, not for thinking.
Pictures.
Words can be pictures, and I prefer to read about something before actually doing it.
If the info comes only in audio -from a real live person as opposed to a recording, I stand there clueless and can’t follow it.
That’s the main reason I avoid the telephone, and new things.

Both, but my pictures are really just like what I see with my eyes, like video feed in my head.
I can do both, but I mainly think in words.
I think in words, when I started developing my visual skills in high school by taking advanced classes and watching NASA channel, listened to music before bed by visualizing, not too soon after I got delusional and heard more voices…
I like to draw pictures I look at, or landscapes and notice all the detail.
