I just constantly feel bad regarding talking about my Muscular Dystrophy.
I feel like people are going to think that I’m becoming an attention seeker.

Please DO express yourself and your feelings. That’s why we have forums. Personally, I would like to know about the experience of having Muscular Dystrophy.

In real life or on here?
On here, sure, talk away. In real life, do it when it becomes relevant.
People who only talk illness can be quite depressing to be around, but that doesn’t mean illness should never be brought up. Just try to only do it when it’s relevant or you feel safe.

I think I should not talk about my illnesses. If I am about to function 90 percent and also able to hide the symptoms, then it’s not necessary to announce it. Only it is difficult to manage the past/ future episode period. But other than that, okay.
