Around 11 years. Had tapered off in 2018. Started back again in 2019 due to antidepressant side effect.

I used to, as a side effect of my antipsychotics. However once I was stable for half a year we dropped the dose down a peg and the restlessness went away.

I take a little bit of benzo.it helps.it helps with akathisia.i don’t take too much though.
