There is a bug going round my area which causes headache and exhaustion. I have it and even sitting up on the couch feels like too much. I just stay in bed
Ironically I just passed out this morning. I feel like passing out a lot of the time also, but usually when I get up in the morning. The feeling passes, though.
I am the same dear… I am afraid, that with my style of life, i’ll die… But lets try to ignore this, I guess it wont happen soon… I also have the fear to pass out when I am panicked and anxious… My legs go weak too, all my energy falls down in my feet and I can barely stand on my feet… Its then when I fear that ill pass out, but I know now it will never happen, its just fear…
Try to relax, you are not alone, hugs!
Probably. Canada has two official languages. If I’m working in the Korean consulate, I have to pass a very difficult government exam. I also need to speak several languages and French seems like a language that will be useful in a consulate abroad, especially in Canada.
I used to have a killer 24/7 migraine (like an 8 out of 10) that felt a little better when I lied down, so I made a lying down computer setup I use almost daily now, it’s a flexible wall-mounted arm that aims a computer screen down towards the bed.
My head stopped hurting after a few months of Daily Essential Nutrients, but I still use the setup cause it’s comfortable as ■■■■.
To support my unstable joints, I have to use two pillows: one to support my right arm, and one to support my back. I put the computer on my lap and I start working.
But I still have aches all over. It seems like pain is inevitable for me, really.
Ah, so you are still kind of “sitting” but semi-horizontally. I get it.
It’s cool that you’re working from home! What do you do?
I had bad arthritis pains all over before, but ever since I started consuming a 1 to 1 Citric Acid / Baking Soda concoction throughout the day, I’ve become a lot more limber. There are studies that show rheumatoid arthritis is associated with low Citric Acid levels in the synovial fluid (joint fluid). The Citric Acid dissolves the calcium and uric acid crystals that cause joint pain.
What’s more, it doesn’t change the blood pH much, despite being an acid.
