I absolutely don’t like philosophy

Not much of connection with real life

Not anymore, not with this illness to over emphasize philosophy. Although everyone has an interest in philosophy. I don’t care to read or listen on it much

Wasaaaht?

I love philosophy. It would have been better if I majored in philosophy vs political science and criminal justice. I don’t know why I majored in those subjects. They’re both hella boring. I think philosophy would have taught me more and been fun.

You love philosophy and I don’t

For me it doesn’t make much connection in real life

Definitely does…:slightly_smiling_face:

What do you like to learn about?

I like to learn about making money, starting ur own business and stuff like that

I enjoy it if its useful

I have a degree in it. Though I can say it certainly added to my psychosis at times (what IS real??)

I’d like to learn the stock market.

not really. i prefer real sciences.

Philosophy isn’t a pseudo science… it’s not even trying to be! But I will say science stems from philosophy

When I was younger I read a lot of “phenomenology” (consciousness studies).

I think consciousness is a very interesting subject: Body vs. mind, subjectivity vs. shared experiences etc.

What is thinking? How do the environment (objects) shape the way you think. What is a thought?

I just downloaded an introduction to Edmund Husserl, but I don’t know if it’s too “heavy” for me. I’m not as bright anymore. Thanks to SZ and me getting older.
