Do you let others effect your emotions?

Is it a choice ?

oooooo

There is a psychological phenomenon called “Negativity Bias” which says your mind will focus on the negative. So for example, if 9 people give you a compliment and 1 person insults you your mind will focus on the insult. You can look it up on Google and read about it.

Things people did use to bother me more than the do now, I’ve gotten a lot better at not letting others make me feel down or put me in a bad mood. You can’t always choose what happens to you but you can choose how you react to it.

People can get under your skin, especially if they’re family or people you’ve invested time into.

That explains me sometimes thanks for info.

Different periods of english education emphasize different teachings.

To my age group we were told when in doubt go with effect.

okay, I’ll bite.

something that happens to you is having an affect.

effect is more general about effect of a circumstance.

The effect of which is that I have to put on an affect of ignorance and side with my teaching which results in no noticeable effect.

haha, okay.
