I have them since 2011, do you keep you records saved ?
Just so you know which meds worked best and which not !
Mostly since the beginning I am on Aripiprazole.

I have kept mine since late 1993. I started keeping a recovery journal because I was taught journaling in AA. I can go back and see every med and dose since then if I really want to, but it would take some effort because the first 15 years are in a box in storage in another town. LOL.

Only thing I keep is to do with anything financial

No i rely on my memory. I remember which meds and how they affected me but not all the doses.
