Or is it more subtle than that? For me it’s hard to tell that a definite dip into being unwell has occurred . I seem to be at a certain level which isn’t exactly completely functional/normal ,and has dipped and risen over time, but it’s hard to see a distinct difference between wellness and illness. Some might say I am fairly stable in how ill/well I am/am functioning with slight fluctuations rather than really dramatic changes .

I don’t really get the flux anymore. I mostly just feel like crap sometimes. And usually it’s based on bad choices or circumstances
