I’m sort of scared of the holiday while not hearing voices this year, last yr I was and the noise made it hella worse.
We do not celebrate the 4th of July here.
I remember when I was in Miami on the 4th of July 2001 and I met an old Jewish man who told that he had eaten two eggs a day while he was a partisan fighting the NAZIs during the 2nd WW. After that I started eating eggs regularly. I had three eggs tonight when I made something to eat because I could not sleep.

July the 4th I’m celebrating 1 year off Olanzapine.
Still have brutal withdrawal insomnia.
