Do you have a timetable? It is useful for you?

I usually do things without an order; I don´t have discipline; I do things in the way how I feel myself in that moment; the houseworks, study, reading, exercise, watch tv, etc. Perhaps, this is the reason why my mind is so disorderly or because my mind is disorderly so I do things without a order.

Do you have the same experience?
How do you face this problem?

My advice is too try both, because some people like to be extremely organized, while others like having the freedom of no schedule. I personally like having a schedule, but its different for everyone. So try living with a schedule (use a calendar and follow it) for a week, and then try living without a set schedule for a week and compare how good you are getting jobs done.

I just have my own timetable.

Both secular and religious activities.

I will see if I can actually carry out the activities as scheduled.
