I go to bed around 12 midnight. I read or do Duolingo Spanish lessons in bed until around 130 or 2 am. Then by that time, I’m usually too wired to sleep. So then, I usually have to take 0.5 mg of Klonipin to settle down.
I usually get up between 8 and 9 am. That is if I sleep at all. In which case I sleep all morning.
I have to keep a schedule. I go to bed at 930 but would rather go to bed at 730. My wife won’t let me. Either way I can sleep until 730 or 8 the next day.
