Do you get used to less nicotine?

With rolling cigarettes I smoke less. Which it´s a success! I guess cigarettes are shorter, or contain less tobacco than a premade one.

But I have the constant feeling of anxiousness from not having enough nicotine in my body.

Do you get used to a lesser dose of nicotine? To the point you don´t need to smoke more than what the new dose is?
Because last time I tried quitting for a week I went back to smoke the usual quantity inmediately…

Well I successfully quit so I’d say yes. I’m also used to lower (as in no) doses of alcohol, amphetamines, and cannabis now.

Headrush in the morning, I feel ya. Dizziness, almost cannot walk properly after the first one.

Sometimes it makes me nauseous aswell, but not enough for stopping…
