What do you mean by feeling torturous?
I’ve technically been ill for about ten years but in actuality I have always been pretty ill in various ways.

I’ve had problems with depression since I was 12 (31 years). Since then, I’ve had periods when I believed some strange stuff (believed in magic, ESP, etc). But it was only since two years ago that I started seeing things that are not there and having issues with extreme anxiety. Also the mood swings got a lot worse two years ago. So, I put down that I was ill for 2 years. But I could have also put that I was ill for more than 10, just depends on the way you look at it.
Yes I used to have it really bad the voices so critical and they were saying everything I think of will happen in hell for me which is where I was gonna go to that day.so unfortunately I was thinking of worst scenarios including from movies like centipede and getting buried alive getting raped with metal pole etc and the voices would just smirk thAt was some of the worst times
I think dead people torture me
The worst part is there’s no stopping it
