As if you were practicing them ahead of time to get them right. I’m not good at conversation and I forget things so I go over what I’m going to say many times before I talk to someone about something. If I bump into someone and I’m caught off guard I find it difficult to just have a casual conversation because I never know what to say. I just ask questions and agree with what they say a lot.
All the time…
Oh I do it all the time! Mostly just to entertain myself. I think it’s a normal thing to do, even if you don’t struggle with conversations.
yes but more for interviews because I’m hopeless with them
I do that too.
I’ve worked a lot on active listening, but if I need to talk to someone about something specific, I rehearse it a lot in my head.
If I need to message someone something important, I will type it out in notepad first so they can edit it without getting the “Miika is typing” message
Yeah, but myne normally turn to arguments because I think they say something they shouldn’t have.
I do this all the time. I thought I was the only one. Glad I am not alone.
