I do. Sometimes having excess coffee pushes issues to the fore and I think about them and deal with them.
i think the way is old books on self help running in the back of your mind and saying to your self why can’t i seam to do that.

And I plan to start doing yoga once a week and yoga is healing.
And I’m a vegan and I go to the gym and I will even stop buying pancakes once a fortnight (because I’ve gained weight).
I visit my sacred neigh which is great for me.
I think I do things to help myself and I volunteer work once a week.
