Do you enjoy many lesser-known bands?

One of my favorite bands is A Killer’s Confession, though it seems few people have heard of them. I’m going to their record release party/concert on the 20th, my seventh time seeing them.

TW: this video is a trip, especially what they do to the pedophile.

The band’s slogan is “save a kid, kill a pedophile.”

I’ve gotten pics with their vocalist a couple times.

Another favorite of mine, very little-known in America, Infected Rain.

Long post lol, but yeah sometimes the best bands get little recognition/fame.

Do you have bands you like, but seems no one else knows them?

Cool pics man. Yeah i love a million different little-known metalcore bands. My fave modern music genre.
Also obsessed with classical. Especially haunting or beautiful cathedral sorta music. Like Mozart’s Requiem or Bach’s st’ John passion. So epic!
Look up ‘mozart requiem dies irae’ if you haven’t heard it before!!!

Monotonix were an amazing band to see live

Nothing quite like them

@jukebox yeah so good! The entire album of requiem written by mozart is my fave music in the world. Apparently mozarts last dying words in bed were about his requiem, i heard. Its so beautiful with headphones while letting the mind wonder or while reading. Pure passion.
Glad you liked the dies irae part! :slightly_smiling_face:

i play cello so I’m surprised I never heard it before…I will definitely check out the whole “Requiem”.

I dislike metalcore, slash metal or other musical genres similar to that.Classical music I can take or leave. It’s not all good or all bad. Dies irae did nothing for me enjoyment. wise. A thread like this makes it very clear to me how musically out of touch I am. I have no idea what a lesser known band is nowadays. I tend to like a song here and there rather than a group/band/solo singer as a whole.

1988 was the year I stopped buying a lot of new music.
