I don’t drink coffee. It is the worst you can do if you are SZ. The caffeine increases and enhances symptoms. I abused coffee all my adult life. You get wired. You can’t sleep. Racing thoughts. It makes you think you are smarter than you are. I found it was tied to my smoking habit. I stopped both six years ago.
The best coffees come from Ethiopia, Jamaica and Hawaii.
