When I was 19 years old I dropped out of college and got a job with a bank in the mailroom. It was great because the other employees would tell me I was doing a good job and keep up the good work. My supervisor was always on my case though, and I couldn’t stand her. I talked to her boss about it, and he said the bank was extremely pleased with my work.
It didn’t stop with her though, and I was going to quit until she beat me to it.
