Go into your bathub and take a hot or cold shower or fill up the tub with water halfway and turn on the shower head at the same time. Feel the droplets trickle down on your face. Submerge your head in the water for like 10 seconds and come up… do this or just go to your local community centre and go swimming if you are comfortable. I find water very therapeutic and plan on resuming my swimming pass when it gets a bit warmer but in the mean time this is what I do when I want 5-20 minutes if headspace.

Keep trying new combination of meds. There’s gotta be a helpful antidepressant at least.
It shall pass. You gotta keep going because you never know: a month or a year from now things can change a lot in a positive way.
