Just been messaging my youngest step daughter on FB and she says’ Are you ok,you seem a little off? . I can’t notice anything except my replies were rather short due to not being able to think of much of a quick response.
I don’t always find it easy to get into the full flow of conversation whether messaging or having a real life conversation with someone.
When I get “that look” followed by silence and or changing the subject after talking to others, I tend to think “oh, oh” what did I say now?

If I happen to sneeze in a normal way, my brother will say “you need a medication change”
Having a severe mental illness always keeps us under the microscope

In the early days of my illness especially my mother would be like that.
