I’m not depressed, but I plan to make an appointment with a therapist tomorrow. I found one who will hopefully double as a life coach. I think I could use a life coach to help me to be motivated.

Only mild depression. I had mild depression after my son died. I was crying all the time. During sermons and homilies, during commercials, during group therapy, during my volunteer meetings, literally at the drop of a hat. I went to a therapist and he told me that he could fix my crying jags. And he did! And only after a year or so too! For more severe depression, you need medication.
