Do the voices tell you your delusions are do you feel them?
My voices sometimes start the delusions. Other times, I have an epiphany, or I wrack my brain trying to either make sense of my thoughts, justify my hallucinations, or explain the behavior and motivations of others. The best way that I can explain my psychosis is that my mind feels like it’s imploding in on itself due to the pressure of all the chaos going on in my head.
They wanted me to believe a lie. But one time one of the voices told me that nobody likes them. They told me I was going to die one night- a while back. I took a sick day that night to prepare (when I worked the night shift.) I believed them. Thank the Highest power, I’m still here.
My voices started any delusions I had
They were inaudible at first for a while and I listened to that for a while but then I slowly started to be able to make something out of it (nobody can read your thoughts)
