No. People don’t smile all day. But I’m sure people who smile easily have an easier life!

I smile easily since I met my x in sa.
There were many years i could never laugh or smile.
So many years with out laughter.
I don’t laugh often though.
I smile if a loved one calls me or so.
I’m not always smiling but my life is better and easier than it was when I was younger.
I had thoughts I don’t want to live as child and teen and still to this day.
When I was with my x in sa I never had such thoughts.

No. Even when I’m in a really good mood I don’t smile all day. Not even most of the day. And I generally smile a lot when I’m happy.

I always try to make a friendly impression as i am, but i noticed some people make deliberately a violent, abusive angry impression as they are. I don’t know why they prefer others behaviours as being friendly. Well, maybe they are full of resentment and vent.
