Do one thing to improve your life this week

I love this site… but I’m trying to spend a little less time on line so I can get back into the habit of study…

Took the summer off… now it’s time to get the mind ready for school…

Write every morning for a while 11am ish
Is my best time
Been doing more writing but it’s hard to keep up
Want to make it a habit

This quarter is going to be another botany and more soil chemistry and how to amend or improve soil… this is the second class so it’s also going to go into how to counteract / amend industrial contamination and get soil safe for growing (if possible…)

well I quit smoking again…day 2…rough morning but I made it through.

Do some stationary bike every day for 20 minutes.

Trying to eat slower

revisiting the anger management work books and…

The hardest part… keeping calm while letting go

What are you letting go of, if may ask?

Letting go of past plans… letting go of my kid sis as she grows up… letting go of some of my previous security… (because she’s always been there for me)

It’s just another part of growing up… but it’s hard to stay calm while it happens.
