This approach doesn’t work when you are a comfort eater like me. I eat natural food but still if I were to eat until I’m not hungry I’d still not lose weight. That’s the problem :((((
But thanks for sharing it probably works for some others.
Emotional eating is a thing.
Intuitive eating is working for me.
You know when your hungry and what you want, you know when its enough. If you want cake eat cake. It also says weight gain might happen, weight loss also, it does not care about weight. Be happy with yourself, allow yourself the food you want.
