Yes, I agree…but if you need extra support or help with working at the job…you should tell the person that is hiring you…that you need help.

Yea I would agree. Many companies have policies in place to help people with disabilities and some companies even make it a priority to hire disabled people

I dont see why you need to tell your employer anything.

I never told my employers I had mental illness. Whenever I quit, I told them its because I am going back to university. Its good enough and never had issues.

Well done on getting through the interview. I’ve never disclosed directly, and I don’t think we have to here in the UK.

I have always disclosed my SZ. It has not been a career impediment.
