Hey Patrick, you’re obviously going off the rails like you seem to do periodically. All I can say is do whatever helped you last time you went through this. Do whatever it took you last time to get better. And to answer your question, you absolutely do not have to go to jail or die. Work with your doctor for the sake of your wife and kids and your job. I hate to see you like this, you had a nice recovery going last time and you seemed to be lucid and doing good. You need to get back on track buddy.

Hey there fellow Canadian, please seek out whatever help you need to in order to get out of this relapse. I’m hoping to head to your part of the country next summer and I’d kind of like you to stay in one piece so I can buy you an expensive meal.

Feeling a bit better. This obsession of thought is exhausting. I parked at a Church and listened to the radio for five hours…burnt out the car battery and had to get a boost from my sister.
The negatives and positives are killing me. But I did string together two better days. I’ll come back to Earth eventually. I need to tell more corny jokes and get back to my old self…it’s a process.
