Do antidepressants make your positive symptoms less?

I have schizophrenia and hear voices i also have anxiety and depression and wanted to know will antidepressants make my voices less intrusive?
Currently im on 10mg Olanzapine

I’m on venlafaxine 150mg and Risperidone 6mg, spoused to be a good combo

Possibly, I was on venlafaxine and olanzapine for a long time and it seemed to work okay.

I think so AD’s can help with intrusive thoughts
