is constant dizzyness and lightheadness is a forever thing if your a schizophrenic
Yikes @johnny901 - I don’t know. Do you think you might be having side effects to meds? All I can say is please discuss this with nurse and/or doctor. They’ll know what to do. Feel better soon.
That can come from medicine. Some get that effect from medicines for anxiety or depression.
It is also a side effect of switching from one medicine to another. With most people, it goes away eventually. Sometimes we get lucky and it goes away after a week, but sometimes not for a month.
If you change the time you take it, - it might help. But talk to your doctor first because he may want you to take it with another medicine.
I am just thinking that if you can take it at night then you might not be so bothered by the side effect?
Also wanted to ask about blood pressure. Do you take your blood pressure once a week? and is it in normal range?
If it is not from medicine, it could be from blood pressure. Dizzy/lightheaded is the most common thing to show up with blood pressure issues.
I am not saying that it is blood pressure(not trying to diagnose you. Lol). It is just a good place to start that cost little or no money.
This is not a normal side effect or symptom. Please call your doctor first thing in the morning to report this to them. I was on a med that made me lightheaded, and I had to switch after about a week because it was so bad.
