Disturbing thoughts during meals

Experiencing these disturbing thoughts during meals. The thoughts of garbage and other grose things. Found one way to reduce these. I just focus on whatever I am eating or drinking instead of being lost in thoughts. Feeling better. Hope it sticks.

Yes my doc diagnosed me with OCD, sz and bipolar
