We just published a report in the Journal of Clinical Psychopharmacology of a woman who abused dimenhydrinate for years. Only after she had sustained abstinence from this over-the-counter remedy for nausea did her psychosis respond well to treatment.
I tried to get high on the stuff once in my teens before Sz rolled over me. A high dose definitely causes psychosis. Also remember my friend on the phone with the 911 folks who told him to induce vomiting. He got quite a few fingers down my throat to no avail. d000d, I took a muthaload of Gravol, remember? I’ve only ever touched the stuff in worst case scenarios since being Dxed as I’ve always thought it’s one of those things that can’t help.

Ooh yeah that drug is known to be a delirium and a hallucinogen. a schizophrenic doesn’t need dementia symptoms and psychotic symptoms induced by a drug.
