i know this might sound weird but my digestion has been terrible for a long time but i started having some porridge in the morning the last few days and i can feel the difference, I definitely recommend porridge first thing, hopefully i will keep it up (its nice) i put some honey on it

For over a year, I had old fashioned oats for breakfast everyday. I got sick of it. Now I just make it once in a while.

yeah, idk how long i will keep it up, i think i’ll try and use some fruit in it too like banana and use weetabix as well, its just something healthy in the morning that i am lacking.
