I started getting my carbs from whole grain wheat only. No more sugar. Lean turkey and chicken. Nuts and olive oil for the good fat that raises good cholesterol. Lots of high fiber stuff like oatmeal and chick peas and kidney beans and mixed vegetables.
Drinking less water has been working for me to eat less. Many people say drink more water to fill up your stomach but thatās short term thinking. It fills your stomach for 10 minutes then your hungry again.
When you drink less water your digestive system is less active and not constantly craving things. Becomes more dormant.
I recently lost 21 lbs from not snacking and cutting out fast food. Now Iām working on portion control and size.
Counting calories and exercise.
Nothing it seems
Once you have gained that weight itās difficult to lose.
I gained 20 kg in one year.
I eat healthy and try walk but still havenāt lost weight.
No dramazzzz!
Thankfully I have healthy food and am able to walk.
Iām now on day 8 of my eating.
I feel better.
All Iāve been eating is organic:
Brown rice
Nuts
Butter beans.
Nothing lol, I eat healthy , exercise 5 days a week, working as well ,sleep well but just wonāt lose weight beyond a certain amount. The only hope you have is the newer medicine
