I’m going cycling tomorrow. I’m staying away from sugar. I’m 198lbs and I don’t want diabetes like my dad. I was wondering if anyone could recommend food planner it advice with sugars. I’m worried.damn remeron.

This seems to be popular now. My nutritionist has me starting this. It’s been approved by a few medical organizations. It’s not really a fad diet,
it is mostly common sense, portion control and eating plenty of fruits and vegetables which is recommended by most mainstream diets.
