Diet and exercise

I’m going cycling tomorrow. I’m staying away from sugar. I’m 198lbs and I don’t want diabetes like my dad. I was wondering if anyone could recommend food planner it advice with sugars. I’m worried.damn remeron.:frowning:

This seems to be popular now. My nutritionist has me starting this. It’s been approved by a few medical organizations. It’s not really a fad diet,
it is mostly common sense, portion control and eating plenty of fruits and vegetables which is recommended by most mainstream diets.
