There are strange psychological entities make a bilateral conversation with your self about your past memory events,relationship with other individual (friends,neighbor,on familiar terms…etc),religious belief,sacrosanct personalities,the world of natural phenomena,the current events in the external environment ,all your personal knowledge about all things that you know along the past lifetime,these strange entities using the voices "audible vocal thoughts) as a method to make the communication with your conscious mind,therefore you do not connect with vocal entities (phonetic phenomena)
The Goal,modifying your understanding about everything that you know,and changing your personal views into mythological concepts
When you think or talking with the other social individuals using the mythological concepts ( new acquired false knowledge) you will appear your self as a person isolated from reality life
A man must disagree all time with the psychological creatures to blocking their Goal !

i think in simple terms he means,
your voices know all about you because they are you.
so essentially you could be agreeing with yourself, or arguing with yourself.
and also to change your view on supernatural thinking. such as taking a conservative view.
atleast thats what i made of it.
