First there was the sandwich…then, I did the mountain of dishes that has been in my sink. Feel pretty good about that. Hope you all have had a good day. Did you do anything that made you feel good today?

I did a little mixing on two of my songs. I’m much happier with them now, and glad I made the effort

I got the place cleaned up for inspection today and the inspection went good. We have another big inspection on the 20th and a few things need to be done before that inspection like a new faucet on the kitchen sink, washers on the bathtub faucet, a new double paned window on the kitchen window because the seal is broken, and a screen on the window in the workout room.

Good going! Negatives can keep me from doing stuff sometimes too.

I showered today, and am doing a boys dinner at a Mongolian BBQ with my grandfather.

I did several things. I guess finally vacuuming the living room rug was the most satisfying. I also read some medical papers from my insurance coverage. Glad I got that out of the way.

@Leaf who performs the inspections.? Is that for subsidized housing or something?

Yes, It’s subsidized by Hud. Government housing. The manager did this inpection as a pre-inspection to the regulators coming on the 20th.

That’s cool. It seems decent of the manager to have a look in advance, so you have a chance to fix things up.

Yes, she made a work order for maintenance to come do repairs. It will be nice to have things fixed.
