I’m beginning to realize one has to keep things simple for children, but where do you draw the line about just being a liar? Humans love a good story. Maybe to cover up the fact that we’re not know-it-alls, ourselves.

Actually its vetter to explain certain things - non harmful things to children even if u think they wont understand i believe i read somewhere that it helps stimulate growth. Like talk to children normally not with a baby voice ect.
Problem with my mother was I always had the feeling she didn’t know what she was talking about and I didn’t usually believe her or remember what she said.
Yea that would be troublesome memory problems suck especially cause if u do remember people say ur remembering it wrong anyways…m
