Do you know how to cook fried ice cream?? Always wondered how they did it had my theories. It’s my favorite
I would need to change the setting on my freezer. They soften the ice cream, then roll it into balls and coat it in corn flakes or whatever, then deep freeze it overnight, then it’s cold enough that deep frying it for ten seconds won’t melt it.

I’ve slightly changed the recipe but I’d have to look in my recipes to see how. But the recipe is great on its own!
