Despair at work

I’ve been working at my job for at least 4 months now (i work full time). I feel that i should be performing better than i currently am. There have been a couple of scenarios where i’ve done something, but not moved on to the next logical step in addressing that something. I feel as though i can’t think outside the box anymore. I’m having trouble with my thinking, and it is making me feel more and more despaired about work. I worry that they’ll look at getting rid of me because i under perform. I don’t know what to do.

Even I would not know what to do in similar circumstances. Relax and live the days one at a time. Don’t look too much into the future. Keep physically occupied. You are not alone in this world.

Is your work time sensitive. If not, it might help to think before you act. Are you competing with others? Try not to get upset about it. Just relax and think at night about what you can do to work more effectively.

I can understand somewhat how you feel. My job is very hard on the feet and because I’m slower now I feel like I cannot preform as well as a used to and now I am worried that they are going to find someone better. Its frustrating I know but I dont know what else can be done tbh.

thinking outside box isnt as hard as you think
it is easy
it is process of brainstorming
find uncountable solution to anyproblem
just clear your mind and think as much as you can
about solutions
anything come to your mind
write it down
not just two sloutions… you 'll have uncountable solutions
for example if you have yes or no question
what 'll be your answer
ordinary ppl will say either
yes
no
unordinary ppl would say
yes
no
may be
may not be
it is possible
it is not impossible
it could be

be unusual
