So if you’re delusional and hallucinate you will get socially isolated. If you manage to talk to people about your delusion that doesn’t changes the social isolation. If you’re delusional you really need to get lucky for someone else to take you under his wing.
But I’m more unsure about how depression can cause delusion and hallucination as it happened to me over the course of many years.
