Depressing Mother’s Day

I had my firstborn no problem. We had a fight (not physical-very normal teen/mom disagreement) and now she’s chosen to live with her dad ( we were married 7 years and divorced about 10 years).
She hasn’t called me.
I also lost two babies in my arms from HELLP syndrome. My second born, Lila, lived about 3 hours in my arms and my third, Brent, lived a promising week and a half but succumbed to his problems being a preemie.
Mother’s Day is just not a good day for me.

Thanks. I don’t want to sound like a sob story but my Mother’s Days have been tarnished over the years and everything seems to rub it in my face.

Hug your moms (if you can). Call them and tell them you love them. Even a little means so much.
