My regular depot nurse came today. She doesn’t work during the school holidays. She says I’ve lost weight . She thinks I’m doing better here than what she knows of how I was doing in Essex.
She will do the care plan approach when she comes next . She may try to get me on the 3 monthly depot in the New year .
That all sounds pretty positive right?
Yes - it is. It’s amazing what good support can do. Having said that it’s not good that if you don’t have that support(live far away from family/no family to support you) mental health services can be poor at providing the help and support you need.
