Pre cognitive dreams or false awakenings would explain that deja vu feeling. How would I know because I can recall my dreams after every rem cycle…then maybe aa few days later or even years “boom” deja vu . It’s ashocker of energy when I relive a dream but iTry not to tell anyone. I usually just keep it g.lol
