According to this chart I’m moderately depressed a lot.

When I took sertraline for anxiety I barely got out of bed , and went into psychosis. Part of me also thinks I get depression alongside psychosis but could be negative symptoms also.

im mildly depressed but a lot… on and off

Here are the stages as I have observed them:

  1. Single.
  2. Friend-zoned.
  3. Dumped.
  4. Dumped for someone else.
  5. Separated.
  6. Cheated on.
  7. Divorced.
  8. Widowed.

According to this i am severely depressed. Which sounds about right. Hopeless, struggles sleeping, slumped posture, you name it. I got it.

I still don’t know what I have, sz negatives or depression.

Depression is a natural part of schizophrenia this is recognised
