Hi everyone,
thank you for being here, i really feel like im no longer isolated, all my symptoms are shared with more than one person, especially grateful to see that negative symptoms are not my personal shortcommings, same for cognative issues, that i am not just thick in the head.
My expectations are straight forward, do the basics, wash clean cook go for a coffee, play some modern warfare and simply just keep myself distracted.
Doing these things and removing lofty expectations makes me feel like i belong to a group of people diagnosed same as me,
whats your routine?
What do you do when you have nothing you can do (even though you want to do it)

Just wondering, is your username a reference to the Bleach anime, @ichigyo_zammai ?

We created heaven in our home. Nothing ever happens in heaven. Apart from cutting my toe and fingernails on actionday its very peaceful. We meditate a lot together to seek more peace. Its great.
Find a new hobby. Read a book. Learn something new. Go for a walk. FInd a way to volunteer, to be of service.
