My brother who lives in a mental instiution and is declaired incapable by court due to sz asked me to make a website in his name. I did. Today i was contacted by estonian police saying my brother has no right to make a website.
I’m not sure what the laws are like where you live, but that sort of thing wouldn’t be tolerated in Canada.
That’s weird, why wouldn’t you be allowed to make a website for him. I wasn’t aware there were laws to prohibit the mentally ill from making websites 
I don’t know much about Estonia though
