Debating on making vegetarian chili

In my instant pot. I’ve never done it before. Usually I use my slow cooker. It always turns out great. I’m just worried the sweet potatoes and red potatoes won’t cook enough in the instant pot.

  • Do I stick with what I know and use the slow cooker?
  • Do I try it in my instant pot and hope it turns out?

Best bet to use the slow cooker for potatoes,

Unless you’re cooking on max heat (not recommended)
