Death and loss

I have had the toughest harshest past 2 years of my life.
My Dad had been fighting parkinsons and dementia for 4 years and finally passed in march. It was terrible watching him waste away for years. In the end he couldn’t speak for over a year; he had 10 percent hearing left and looked like he was in aushwitz for a year. Just skin and bones left. I spent the last 12 months in a drug and mental health center and my dog, car, computer, phone and money from a loan was all stolen.
The one good thing is we have a new puppy born in may. Its a beagle. Hes the best.
One thing i have learned over the years is to percever.
THe car and money mean nothing, but the dog I still cant get over.
My dad, on one of my last visits was able to tell me that I love you, even though he couldn’t speak. He was able to get that out.
May he rest in peace. Love u dad, till we meet again.
