I asked for a discount and they said they’d call to offer it but I missed the call and when I tried to get in touch they said they’d offer no such thing. So I kept messaging them telling them so annoyed but this morning

Thats not too bad at all actually, theres a lot of competition going on because its christmas so youre likely to get a good deal now. Was paying like $45 cad for my phone before so 15 ?quid is it? aint so bad 
I get frustrated with overseas calls because when I call due to a problem I’m having, oftentimes they don’t understand me and I don’t understand them. It can be very frustrating with the language barrier.
