I had deja vu every day. Now I take Lamictal for it

I don’t get a lot of them, but the ones I do get, I get over and over. Just yesterday I was having de ja vu and thought to myself… “Wait…I already had de ja vu over this same exact thing before”. So basically…either certain things I do are extremely repetive to almost exactness (which I guess is possible)… or I’m literally having de ja vu about the same things, over and over?? Interesting question nonetheless!
I have them more since getting ill. It triggers scary thoughts in me, so perhaps i notice them more too.
Ha No I’m actually from Ireland,Dino why I chose that username. That’s interesting I didn’t think that was possible either,mine are even more weird I could be just staring at something and get one, but’s it’s the amount, I prob get four to five a day

I had Deja vu before. I don’t get it anymore, but I think I’m in a time loop and a sim. My life is on repeat starting from 2010 or after. I’ve been mentally I’ll and had DP/DR for thousands of lifetimes or more. I always get schizophrenia the same way from marijuana. I’m hoping to escape it someday, but I’m not optimistic.
I’m surprised I’m still alive. I’m paranoid. Everyday is a miracle.
